SmallRig Canon EOS C100/ C100 Mark II/ C300 Mark II Baseplate 1740 is the baseplate of SmallRig Canon EOS C100 & C100 Mark II Cage 1703. It is a quick release baseplate that provides lightweight 15mm rod support at the correct lens height. 15mm rods pass through front to back and have one locking thumbscrew per side. The 15mm rods can be used to support a lens adapter foot directly in front of the camera body or attach follow focus, matte box. There are threaded 1/4’’ and 3/8" holes on the bottom for attaching to tripod plates or any other plates when necessary. The large slotted design on the bottom is convenient for you to tighten the screws. The non-slip, rubber surface prevents the camera from twisting.
